Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data associated with your account on the SISPL WhatsApp Panel. We will process valid requests within 30 days.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to loukesh@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. Include your organization/account name so we can locate your records.

What gets deleted

Upon verification, we delete your account data, connected WhatsApp Business credentials (encrypted tokens), stored messages, contacts, and campaign records associated with your organization. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, transaction records for tax/accounting), and are deleted once that obligation ends.
