• Your account: ready as soon as you sign up.
• Wallet top-ups: added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
• AI and email credit packs: added as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
• Pro plan: active the moment you switch to it in the panel.

When our team connects your number for you, it is usually done within one working day of receiving your details, once Meta has verified the number with the code it sends you. Meta's review of your business display name can occasionally take longer; we keep you informed.

After you add the DNS records we show you, your domain is usually verified within an hour, and in rare cases up to 72 hours, depending on your domain provider. Until then, email is sent from our address with replies coming to you.

If a paid top-up or pack has not appeared within 24 hours, contact us through Support in the panel or our contact page with the payment ID. See also our refund and cancellation policy.
