Questions about WhatsApp
Is the WhatsApp panel really free?
Yes. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee on the Free plan: the panel, team inbox, templates, contacts and API cost nothing. You pay only for the messages you send, at Meta’s charge plus a small fee, from your prepaid wallet. Messages themselves are never free, because Meta charges for every business message.
What is the WhatsApp Business API?
It is Meta’s service for businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages in bulk and from software. Unlike the WhatsApp Business app, it works for many staff at once, sends broadcasts to thousands, and connects to your ERP or website.
Which phone number can I use?
Any number you own that can receive an OTP by SMS or call. It must not be active on the regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app at the same time. We check this with you before connecting it.
Why do broadcasts need approved templates?
WhatsApp only lets businesses start a conversation with a template that Meta has approved. Once a customer replies, you can chat freely for 24 hours. Our ready-made templates are written to be approved quickly.
Can I send to people who have not saved my number?
Yes. They do not need to save your number. They should have agreed to hear from you, for example by giving their number at admission or purchase, as WhatsApp’s rules require.
How long does setup take?
Usually one to three working days, mostly waiting for Meta to verify the number and approve your first templates. Our team does the setup with you, free of charge.
